Q. What are the washing and care instructions for my towel?

Washing Instructions: Wash at 30 Degrees Celsius. Wash similar colours together. Do not mix colours with whites. Do not bleach. Tumble dry or iron on low. Do not use fabric softener.

For best results when drying yourself, give your new towel a wash first to activate the fibres. Care instructions are also included on the towel label.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Our aim is to get your order processed and dispatched within one business day.  Delivery will depend on which delivery option you go for. Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery is free when you spend more than £15 . Your order will get to you in 2 to 4 working days.
Standard Delivery is £3 if you spend £15 or under.
If you are in a hurry you can choose Express Delivery which will cost £5 and reach you within 1 to 2 working days.

Q. Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from Surrey in the UK.

Q. Which courier is my order shipped with?

We use Evri as our courier.

Q. How do I return an item?

If you would like to return something please contact us. We will email you details on how to return your item.

At the moment we do not provide free returns so the postage cost of the return will need to be covered by you.

Once your item has been received you will receive a full refund. We will let you know once this is done.

Q. I'm buying a gift and I would like to have the towel gift wrapped with a special message. Is that possible?

Yes of course, when ordering please add the gift wrap option to your basket and we will make your present look special.

Q. If there is a fault with my towel, what do I do?

Please contact us with proof and we will send you a replacement. The towel would need to be in an unused condition.
